Role

Assisting with the development of news stories and content for our website and for various communication channels for delivery for social media;

Assisting in the development and production of marketing materials to support our business development activities;

Promoting and maintaining the Arup brand;

Supporting the preparing of competition entries;

Assisting in the preparation, set-up, effective communication and smooth running of client events internally;

Assist in the maintenance of the Client Relationship Management platform and the management of client data.

Requirements

An ability to multitask, think creatively and laterally over a wide range of issues

An ability to work on their own initiative and to tight deadlines

Administration, planning/organization and time management skills

Interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work as part of a team and would enjoy the challenges of working with a wide variety of people

Good understanding of digital marketing

IT skills in basic packages

Proficiency level of English and Spanish, a plus French, Chinese.
