This apartment is located in a modern neighborhood made up of midsize buildings situated around a park full of life. Therefore, the client wanted to give this apartment a new look that evoked the soul of a young couple that could live here, feeling connected to de park and all the cultural, sports, and gastronomic events it offers all year around. That’s why we bring up a bold design that reflected a young and fresh character, with vivid colors, raw materials, and an open layout, that gives freedom in the use of space and allows the user to connect with the park.

The apartment consists of an open kitchen that accompanies the access corridor with a long bar made of granite, finishing as a dining table with a curved end. Which invites the visitor to a comfortable living room and a large terrace. The main bedroom is located next to the living room, separated only by a frosted glass screen, that gives privacy while allowing to pass the light and to have a sense of unity
