The purpose of the contract
The purpose of this contract has been to achieve the “Review, adjustments and / or updating and / or modification and / or complementation of studies and designs to execute the contract for the improvement, social, property and environmental management of the highway:
Circunvalar Galeras; Cebadal - Yancuanquer - Consacá –Sandoná –Pasto, for the program “Vías Para la Equidad”.
The project aims to improve the section of road between Consacá and Sandoná.
The project aims to improve the stretch of road between Consacá and Sandoná, located between 32 + 0040 to PR 45 + 0230; and three sections of the route from Sandoná to La Florida, located between PR 54 + 0000 to PR 54 + 0120; PR
55 + 0900 to PR 57 + 0000; PR 58 + 0300 to PR 61 + 0250.
Economic and social development of the area is crucial for growth of the country.
It will improve communication in the region, boost economic and social development processes, and will achieve territorial integration, facilitating trade in goods and services in the south of the country.
Roads are the main connection between humans in areas that are not yet completely developed. Thanks to works like these we are making a better life for the people in the area and developing the country
