Objective of Consulting Services Contract
The objective of this Consulting Services Contract is to provide the MOPC - DCV with all the necessary documentation that allows knowing in detail the construction costs, operating costs, and return of capital in the time, in order to choose the most convenient alternative, as well as the preparation of the required documents of the road project for the improvement of the sections of local roads included in the contract, located in the Department of Ñeembucú, which allows to carry out the call for Bids and Construction of the projected works.
The number of roads designed were ten
The 10 Neighborhood Roads Sections designed in this contract define a total of 176.35 km.
Three phases were included in the contract
• PHASE A: FEASIBILITY STUDY AND PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING DESIGN
• PHASE B: ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES
• PHASE C: FINAL ENGINEERING DESIGN
