The total area of the performance is over 15 million square meters. The urbanization is developed on residential plots (> 4,000,000 m2, 18,625 homes), hotel plots (> 2,100,000 m2, 4 hotels), golf course (> 2,300,000 m2, 3 golf courses with 18 holes), a theme park (762,000 m2), plots of equipment (830,000 m2) and roads, parks, gardens, etc
The preliminary project not only defines the needs of the residential interiors, urban pa- rameter, land use and surfaces, but also the technical condition of all aspects, also, is designed and evaluated the budget of all facilities. (Min 100 words)
The following units were defined :
• Basic infrastructure interiors: Networks, Water Supply, Irrigation and Fire Fighting Water, Sewage and Storm water, Low and Medium Voltage, High Voltage Electrical Substation, Public Lighting, Telephony, Natural Gas, Waste- water Treatment Station, Reverse Osmosis Treatment Plant, Vials, Sidewalks, Landscaping.
• External infrastructure: road access from the N-340 national road, water supply to IDAM (Reverse Osmosis), electrical supply from 132 kV network of Iberdrola, natural gas supply from high pressure crimping network
