As part of the Project, a landscaping study was carried out about the construction works which their infrastructures have, as a fundamental goal a better integration in their immediate environment and recover adjacent areas for the construction of roads. Consequently, in accordance with the Motorway Direction and the "Instructions and Guidelines in platforms Project redaction", the following targets were set up:
• Slopes Stabilization creates a vegetation cover that will stop the erosion surface and also facilitate environmental integration of the road.
• Recovery of degraded soils platform construction.
• Defence and work structures.
Complementary actions
Besides crops and plantations, other complementary actions were projected as signalling natural vegetation areas for the protection and recovery of vegetal upper soil lay, that would be affected by the work, and for a later use in the restoration of soil and vegetation.
Restoration projects of plants
The type of restoration projects of plants is compatible with the ecological characteristics of the environment and landscape through which the road passes, the utilization of seedling and the plantation of native species, well adapted to the environmental conditions, so assured treatment success while maintaining low costs.
