Connecting with the natural environment
Born from the collision of the Senegal River and the Atlantic Ocean, the Langue de Barbarie is a magical place. It's fine white sand is the starting point of the project. The communal spaces serve the owners. They are designed in such a way that they have a direct connection to the beach. To live in the Langue de Barbarie is to live in direct contact with nature. A space where you can spend quality time and relaxation.
A life with a view
A life with a view. In a privileged location, on the seafront, the Langue de Barbarie development is private and has maximum security. The architecture is respectful of the environment. Priority is given to views and direct contact with the sand and water. The boundaries of the plots are eliminated to give the feeling of living on the beach. The environment is constantly changing and therefore each day is unique. The flora and fauna of the place, transport us to the most beautiful landscapes of Africa.
