The urbanization project
The urbanization project of the area in Castellón city, named zone 27-SU-RZ with a surface of 665.186,29 m2, situated in the north-west part of the city between the expressway and the Seco river, close to Jaume I University and Borriol road that borders with driveway system leading to the surrounding gardens.
The area’s green zones are of high importance. The green zone’s total surface is 126.122m2, of which 39.896 m2 corre- spond to the city park, 16.242 m2 aren’t included in the study, and the following 69.984 m2 correspond to the local green areas.
The road network and pedestrian paths are 7.300 m2 long in straight line and occupy the surface of over 205.000 m2. Other plots are destined to facilities, services, residential buildings, one-family houses and apartment houses and they occupy the surface of 360.000 m2.
